For that, we recommend the LifeSteil 3-step plan:
STAGE 1:
Have a hearty breakfast. Preferably in the Botanik & Café.
STAGE 2:
The Kneipp facility (not to be confused with a pub) by the natural bathing lake and get ‘cold and warm’.
STAGE 3:
Give yourself a good breath of fresh air. This is available free of charge and in full force at the Stuibenfall. There, your airways will be blown through by negative air ions to such an extent that you will be left breathless, and not just by the view.
