All important information about your holiday at LifeSteil

Our prices are in euros per adult (aged 15 and over) or child per day. The prices include use of the entire Lifesteil wellness area and underground car park and exclude local tax of € 5 per person (from 15 years) and day.

Discounts for children are valid from 1 full-paying person per flat of category 1 & 2. Apartments and suites of category 3, 4 & 5: minimum charge of 2 full-paying persons.

Start your day in style with our varied à-la-carte breakfast – served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the BOTANIK. All dishes are freshly prepared and served directly to your table.
As seating is limited, we kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance.

Our Botanik Bar is open every Friday and Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., exclusively for our in-house guests.

Four-legged friends are warmly welcome!
Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a dog – we will gladly prepare a bowl and ensure your furry companion feels comfortable.

Due to the additional cleaning required, we charge €29 per day for your dog.

In case of non-compliance with the dog rules in the house, we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 350.- for additional cleaning costs.

The final cleaning is already included in your apartment rate.

After your departure, we carefully inspect each apartment. If the apartment is left in an unusually dirty condition or with any damage, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee or compensation of €100.00.

Housekeeping During Your Stay

To ensure maximum privacy while promoting the responsible use of resources, our apartments are not cleaned daily.

For stays of 5 nights or more, one complimentary interim cleaning is included.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and the responsible use of water and energy, fresh towels are not provided on a daily basis. If you would like an additional towel change or an extra interim cleaning during your stay, these services can be booked at any time for an additional fee. The cost depends on the size and category of your apartment.

Access to our entire SPA area is included in your apartment rate.

Our wellness area is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The saunas are heated daily from 2:00 p.m. On particularly hot summer days, we reserve the right to switch on the saunas from 4:00 p.m. instead. On your departure day, you are welcome to use the SPA area free of charge until 3:00 p.m.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the nudist sauna area.

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following SPA rules:

• Street shoes are not permitted in the SPA area.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire pool and wellness area.
• For safety reasons, outside beverages, glass bottles and any other glass containers are strictly prohibited.
• Our saunas are textile-free zones. For hygiene reasons, swimwear is not permitted inside the saunas. Please use a sufficiently large sauna towel.
• Swimwear is mandatory in the pool area.

Your apartment is generally available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

An early check-in (from 10:00 a.m.) or late check-out (until 3:00 p.m.) is available upon request and subject to availability. A flat fee of €100.00 applies to each service.

Please note: If you check out after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to charge the late check-out fee of €100.00.

Arrivals & Departures Outside Reception Hours

If you arrive outside our reception opening hours, you can conveniently check in until 9:00 p.m. using our self check-in terminal located in the lobby. Your room key cards will be issued directly at the terminal.

As our reception is not staffed 24 hours a day, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you expect to arrive after 9:00 p.m.. This allows us to prepare your arrival by placing your key cards in our secure key safe and providing you with all the necessary information for a smooth check-in.

If you depart before 8:00 a.m., you can also check out independently and conveniently settle your bill at the self check-in terminal.

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation  
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price  
• From 6 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

A cancellation must be communicated to the apartment resort in writing and must be received by 18:00 on the respective day. Please note that the cancellation policy only applies to bookings made under the "flexible rate." For bookings under the "Non-Refundable" rate, no free cancellation is possible from the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, we will charge 100% of the total price.

Once a reservation has been made, a deposit of 40% of the total price is required. The booking is guaranteed by credit card, which will be automatically charged within 5 working days.

For bookings under the "non-refundable rate" we require a deposit of 100% of the reservation value. The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, VP.

Please check with your bank prior to travelling for international payment limits. There is no refund for services not used.

All our flats and the public areas (spa, atrium, BOTANIK) are smoke-free zones. Smoking is of course permitted on balconies and the terrace. If smoking is permitted in the flat, we reserve the right to charge € 350.00 for any special cleaning that may be required.

A charging station is located approximately 100 metres from the Lifesteil Apartment Resort at the Kapferia petrol station.

• Hofer: 350 m away
• Mpreis: 250 m away
• Ötztaler Bakery: 400 m away
• Village Butcher Armin Kuprian: 250 m away

If children aged 0-3 sleep in their parents' bed, their stay is free of charge. A baby cot can be provided on request for
an extra charge of € 20,00/night.
