Getting to the LifeSteil Apartment Resort
In the Heart of the Ötztal, Located right in the heart of the Ötztal, the LifeSteil Apartment Resort is the perfect starting point for your holiday full of adventure and relaxation. You’ll find us easily on the B186 in Umhausen – getting lost is simply not an option!
To make sure your holiday starts stress-free from the very first minute, we’ve put together a simple guide. This way, your Ötztal experience begins smoothly, without detours or hassle.

TRAVELLING WITH THE:
From the north:
Take the A12 Inntal motorway to the Haiming / Ötztal exit
Continue on the B186 Ötztal federal road to Umhausen.
From the south: From Meran/South Tyrol via the Timmelsjoch and the Ötztal B186 to Umhausen.
The Timmelsjoch is open from around the beginning/middle of June to the middle/end of October.
Take the train to Ötztal railway station.
From there by bus to Umhausen or by lift shuttle* directly to the flat resort.

The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport (69 km). From there, take the airport taxi or the Lifesteil shuttle* to us.
