All important information about your holiday at LifeSteil

Our prices are in euros per adult (aged 15 and over) or child per day. The prices include use of the entire Lifesteil wellness area and underground car park and exclude local tax of € 5 per person (from 15 years) and day.

Discounts for children are valid from 1 full-paying person per flat of category 1 & 2. Apartments and suites of category 3, 4 & 5: minimum charge of 4 full-paying persons.

Double Nest, Double Nest Hot Pot, Living Nest, Living Nest Hot Pot, Lifesteil Loft:
10 % of the room rate for the 2nd person
Family & Friends, Family & Friends Hot Pot,  Lifesteil Penthouse:
Minimum charge for 4 full-paying guests

Third and fourth adult in the categories Double Studio, Double Studio Hot Pot, Lifesteil Loft:
50% off the price in each case

Fifth and sixth adult per person in the categories Family & Friends, Family & Friends Hot Pot, Family & Bar, Family & Bar Hot Pot Lifesteil Penthouse: 50% calculation of the price per person in each case

Start your day in style with our varied à-la-carte breakfast – served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the BOTANIK Bar & Café. All dishes are freshly prepared and served directly to your table.
As seating is limited, we kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance.

Four-legged friends are warmly welcome!
Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a dog – we will gladly prepare a bowl and ensure your furry companion feels comfortable.

Due to the additional cleaning required, we charge €29 per day for your dog.

In case of non-compliance with the dog rules in the house, we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 350.- for additional cleaning costs.

Final Cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the room rate.
After departure, we carry out an inspection of the apartments. If the apartment is left in an unusually dirty condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €100.

Apartment Cleaning
Daily cleaning of the apartments is not provided. For stays of 5 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned once free of charge.
If you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for a cleaning fee, depending on the size and category of the apartment.

The use of our entire spa area is included in the apartment price.
The wellness area is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and our saunas are available from 2:00 PM onwards.

Please note: Children are not permitted in the nude area.
On the day of departure, the spa area is available for your use free of charge until 3:00 PM.

Check-in & Check-out

Your apartment is generally available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

An early check-in (from 10:00 AM) or late check-out (until 3:00 PM) is possible upon request, subject to availability. A flat fee of €100.00 will be charged in each case.

Please note: In the event of a check-out after 10:00 AM without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to charge the late check-out fee of €100.00.

Arrival & Departure outside reception hours 

If you arrive outside our reception opening hours, you may conveniently use our self check-in terminal located in the lobby.

For departures before 8:00 AM, you can easily check out independently and settle your invoice directly at the terminal.

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation  
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price  
• From 6 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

A cancellation must be communicated to the apartment resort in writing and must be received by 18:00 on the respective day. Please note that the cancellation policy only applies to bookings made under the "flexible rate." For bookings under the "Non-Refundable" rate, no free cancellation is possible from the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, we will charge 100% of the total price.

Once a reservation has been made, a deposit of 40% of the total price is required. The booking is guaranteed by credit card, which will be automatically charged within 5 working days.

For bookings under the "non-refundable rate" we require a deposit of 100% of the reservation value. The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, VP.

Please check with your bank prior to travelling for international payment limits. There is no refund for services not used.

All our flats and the public areas (spa, atrium, BOTANIK) are smoke-free zones. Smoking is of course permitted on balconies and the terrace. If smoking is permitted in the flat, we reserve the right to charge € 350.00 for any special cleaning that may be required.

A charging station is located approximately 100 metres from the Lifesteil Apartment Resort at the Kapferia petrol station.

• Hofer: 350 m away
• Mpreis: 250 m away
• Ötztaler Bakery: 400 m away
• Village Butcher Armin Kuprian: 250 m away

If children aged 0-3 sleep in their parents' bed, their stay is free of charge. A baby cot can be provided on request for
an extra charge of € 20,00/night.
